NOTIFICATION LIST PROCESSING

Watch for Notification Lists, the 3 Notification Error lists, Voucher Disbursement files, and Disbursement Error lists from Barb Moermond OR John Whitt. John takes on this responsibility when Barb is unavailable. Barb will be out of the office for a good portion of May - so watch for John’s emails.

Institutions who have volunteered to participate in testing our revised error list should receive test lists next week.

03-04 List:	May 4th	May 18th
04-05 List:	May 11th	May 25th

Vouchers will be done weekly on Fridays.

Voucher processing for 2004-2005 will begin August 2, and we will do bi-weekly vouchers again at that time.

TG Schools: PLEASE start cleaning your 04-05 lists right away. Freshman applicants should only remain on the list if they were accepted for enrollment. Please send deletes to heabmail@heab.state.wi.us. THANKS!

REFUNDS

Please address refunds to Nancy Wilkison, or mention on the outside of the envelope that this is a refund. Money is very tight and processing refunds in a timely manner is important. When returning funds, please include the following:

• Student first and last name
• Student’s SSN
• Disbursement Code (type of refund)
• Your 3 digit HEAB school code
• Academic year and semester of award being returned (Or HEAB voucher number)
• Check number and date of check being sent back to HEAB (Not the # and date of original award check unless it’s the same check being sent back.)

RECIPROCITY

The Reciprocity Agreement has been approved by the Joint Committee on Finance. The only change is a clarification paragraph on what tuition is charged for TAs, RAs and PAs who are reciprocity students. The new paragraph reads:

Graduate students who receive a tuition waiver as a benefit of employment at the institution shall be eligible and counted under the agreement. The tuition reported by the institution to the administering agency shall be the reciprocity tuition rate for graduate students at that institution.
