Schedule set for regular deletion of notification lists in your folder
COPY AND SAVE NOTIFICATION LISTS FROM THE SSL FOLDERS BEFORE DEC 14TH!
We will be cleaning out your SSL folders the week of December 19th. We will leave the three most current files in your folder. After that, whenever a file is deposited, the oldest file will be deleted. That will save us on computer storage costs, and make the files more manageable for you to use.

VOUCHERS FOR SECOND SEMESTER ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED

INPUT SOUGHT FOR SYSTEM REWRITE
Over the next two years we will be rewriting our computer system. If you have suggestions or concerns that you would like us to consider, please send those to connie.hutchison@heab.state.wi.us. Comments will always be welcome, but the sooner I receive them the better. Please forward this to other interested staff who may not receive the monthly memo.

Disbursement files to be placed in SSL
When the next disbursement file is produced, it will be emailed to you and will also be placed in your SSL folder. For security purposes, emailing and FTP placement of disbursement files will end with the first January voucher. Beginning January 30th, we will delete all but the 6 most current disbursement files in your SSL folder.

The AES notification list is now distributed through the SECURE HEAB or SSL site.

HEAB conducts one-day training programs for new and continuing financial aid administrators. The training session covers all aspects of the programs administered by HEAB, including:

Submitting and Receiving Data to/from HEAB

The program begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends no later than 3:00 p.m. It is held at the HEAB offices at 131 W. Wilson St, Suite 902, Madison, WI. We have room for up to 6 people at each session. Please let us know if you are coming to training as materials are printed based on the number of people attending.
