MN - WI RECIPROCITY LANGUAGE CLARIFICATION
UW Schools will be interested to note the addition of language which clarifies both states’
understanding of how RAs, PAs and TAs are counted under reciprocity.
New Paragraph added to the Memorandum of Understanding:
Call or email Connie if you have additional questions.
Graduate students who receive a tuition waiver as a benefit of employment at the institution
shall be eligible and counted under the agreement. The tuition reported by the institution to the
administering agency shall be the reciprocity tuition rate for graduate students at that
institution.
